TERMS OF SERVICE AND REFUND POLICY

Welcome to NovaSoft Labs (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", "We", or "Us"). We provide a suite of cloud-based digital utility tools, including AI Image Optimization, EXIF Metadata Removal, Digital Watermarking, and Encrypted Cloud Vault services (collectively, the "Software"). By accessing or utilizing our Software, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
2.1 Grant of License: Upon successful payment, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive digital license to access the Software features corresponding to your selected tier.
2.2 Acceptable Use: You agree to use the Software solely for lawful business or personal purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using our infrastructure to process, host, or distribute illegal material.
3.1 No Claim to Ownership: The Company claims no intellectual property rights over the raw images, documents, or data you upload for processing through our tools.
3.2 Automated Processing: Files uploaded to our Metadata Remover or Image Resizer are processed algorithmically in-memory. Processed outputs are temporarily staged for client download and are thereafter permanently purged from our processing nodes.
3.3 Encrypted Vault: Files uploaded to the Encrypted Cloud Vault are secured using user-defined cryptographic keys. The Company does not store, nor can it recover, your master decryption keys. Loss of your key will result in permanent loss of your data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaSoft Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or business interruption, arising from your use or inability to use the Software suite.
