NovaSoft Labs processes files entirely on secure, encrypted servers. Any uploaded media (images, videos) is permanently deleted from our servers immediately after processing or download. We do not store, sell, or analyze your media files.
We do not share your personal information or uploaded data with third parties except as necessary to provide our services (e.g., payment gateways like Stripe) or to comply with the law.
We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.
